Prices: All prices are in US $ and are freight on board TestMart's US distribution points, exclusive of shipping costs, duties, taxes, or other incidental charges.

Terms of Payment: All orders are pre-paid unless credit terms have been pre-arranged.

Payment: Acceptable online payment methods are credit card (VISA, MasterCard only).

Packaging: All products will be suitably packaged for airfreight shipment.

Delivery: As advised at time of quotation.

Title: Title to the products pass to the purchaser upon delivery of product to the freight forwarder.

Shipment: Testmart will ship via our preferred carriers. Charges for transportation will be pre-paid and billed to customer. Customer may specify carrier and service level at time of order, providing the customer's carrier account number is provided.

Cancellations: All orders are non-cancelable once accepted. Order acceptance is evidenced by forwarding of Order Acceptance Form to Purchaser via fax or email.

Purchase Returns: Not accepted. All sales of Custom Sourced instruments are final.

Warranty Returns: Please call TestMart Customer Service at (650) 624-0525 for an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization Number) prior to shipping.
